How to Use the Date Converter

About the Bikram Sambat Calendar

Bikram Sambat (BS) is approximately 56-57 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar (AD). The Nepali calendar year begins in mid-April with the month of Baisakh and has 12 months. Unlike the Gregorian calendar where months have fixed days, BS months can have varying number of days (29-32 days) depending on the year.
